Notice of Casual Vacancy – Co-option of a Councillor

Following the sad death of Cllr Michele Miles, and the elapse of the statutory timetable for a by-election to be held, Kendal Town Council will be considering suitable applicants for Co-option to the vacancy in Kirkland Ward. Applications should be made in writing, including a statement of your suitability and a CV, to the Town Clerk, clerk@kendaltowncouncil.gov.uk, Town Hall, Highgate, Kendal LA9 4ED.

Applications should be received by 9am Tuesday 31 August.

The term of office will end in May 2022, when elections will be held for the whole Council.
